When you sign the contract for the video, I will email you the invoice. The balance is due at contract signing, and you can pay via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle.

The camera will arrive 3 days before your event or trip. Please make sure to turn the camera on and make sure it is working. The batteries will come charged and the camera settings will be pre-programed for easy shooting. You will receive a pre-paid envelope to return the equipment to us. Please return the camera within 3 days of your event/trip ending. If you are heading off on your honeymoon right after your wedding, make sure to assign a friend to return the camera.

We aim to get your videos edited within 8 weeks, however it is usually much sooner than that. We do offer an express turnaround service which will get your videos delivered within 2 weeks. (Express turnaround is an additional $150 fee) 

That depends on you and your guests! If they fill the camera with loads of great footage then we have lots of material to choose from. If the footage is limited, then the video will be shorter. Pick your most reliable friends!
